Start in three steps:

1. Re-select the size. The size of the sports bra is different from the size of conventional underwear, generally marked with S/M/L (large, medium, small), etc., it is best to re-measure your upper and lower bust data before purchasing, in most cases, the following bust data is used as a reference for size selection, and you can consult with the merchant for details.

2. Confirm the exercise intensity. The intensity of different sports is different, and the degree of vibration on the chest is also different, which requires us to choose the corresponding sports bra according to the intensity of the exercise we are participating in, and some common exercise intensities are divided as follows:

High-intensity exercise: aerobic dance or aerobics, running, badminton, volleyball, basketball, football, etc.;

Moderate-intensity exercise: cycling, walking, race walking, stairs, climbing, aerobic pedaling, etc.;

Low-impact exercise: yoga, Pilates, walking, golf, body dance, etc.

3. Try on the upper body. It is best to try on the upper body of the sports bra, everyone's figure and chest shape are different, and the feeling of wearing them is also inconsistent. Put the sports bra on, feel whether it fits the body, and then do some running and jumping movements to see how the underwear wraps and whether the support is enough to absorb shock, so that there will be no obvious shaking and pain in the chest.

There is a small test of whether the sports bra fits properly: you can insert 2 fingers under the shoulder strap to see if it can gently slide between the shoulder strap and the skin, if it is too tight or too loose, it is not suitable.
